The Photography of Christopher Wilson

After 15 years in the advertising world as a writer and art director, Christopher jumped off a cliff to start Christopher Wilson Photography. As an advertising creative, Christopher created a vast portfolio of powerful campaigns for some of the most recognized luxury brands there are, including Audi, Infiniti, Jaguar, Nikon and Ritz-Carlton to mention only a few.

Now Christopher is bringing all that experience and passion to his photography - and it shows. Christopher leapt from agency creative to global photographer, landing projects with the most sought-after brands on the planet, and in just about every country there is on the planet.

When Christopher was young and stupid, he was a ballet dancer. He danced eight hours a day, made no money, survived on bread and coffee, lost twenty pounds he didn't have, looked like hell and broke his ankle twice. What an idiot. Before that, he was at Dartmouth College where he studied Ancient Greek and Latin Literature. Good stuff to know, he says, if you ever want to work in the Vatican.

He is an obsessed mountain biker and enters races whenever he can, which is never because he is too busy working and taking care of his two beautiful daughters, by far the best things he has ever created.

His wife, Cathy, lives in the center of his heart.

Designed by Cut Once: Johns Hopkins ADVANCE

The mission of the Alliance for Cardiovascular Diagnostic and Treatment Innovation (ADVANCE) is to apply predictive computational modeling, data-driven approaches, and innovations in cardiac imaging to patient care, and specifically, to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. ADVANCE will utilize innovations in clinical imaging, a novel disease-specific personalized computational modeling (Virtual Heart platform), and statistical and machine learning on clinical data to predict the functional behavior of the patient’s heart under a variety of conditions, and to suggest therapeutic approaches for heart rhythm disorders that are optimal for the given patient. This will engender accurate and precise clinical decision-making regarding personalized treatment and optimized cardiac patient care. Natalia Trayanova, Co-Director of ADVANCE, partnered with Cut Once to develop a visual system that would make the formation of the new alliance understood by the world.
